Taman Subang Ria -22% for Low Density Service Apartments Villa

THE proposed high-end residential development project in Taman Subang Ria will generate enough revenue for Sime Darby Property Berhad to channel funds raised to upgrade the park.
SDPB managing director Dato' Tunku Putra Badlishah said only 16 acres of the 72.63 acre park would be converted for residential development.
"Only high-end four to five storey low-rise buildings will be constructed on the limited land area."
"We will only be building 250 units," he said.
Tunku Putra Badlishah said it would cost money to upgrade the park which is now poorly maintained.
"We are only going to cover the cost of the park infrastructure by developing part of the land. We want a win-win."
"Although we have submitted our proposal to the authorities, we are still concerned with public perception," he said, adding that SDPB intends to engage with the residents associations to seek their views.
He said SDPB would apply to convert the area they wished to develop for residential properties.
He said if all else fails, the company could fence up the whole of
Taman Subang Ria and create an amusement park which charges visitors a
fee to enter.
