Police have identified two members of a gang which went on a crime spree robbing several business premises in Puchong early on Tuesday. Police have identified two members of a gang which went on a crime spree robbing several business premises in Puchong early on Tuesday.
Selangor police chief Datuk Khalid Abu Bakar said yesterday police had yet to identify the other members of the gang.
"I warn these people. Don't challenge us or risk paying the price," said Khalid, after witnessing the handing-over ceremony between his outgoing deputy, Datuk Jamshah Mustafa, and his replacement, Datuk A. Thaiveegan, at the state police headquarters.
Khalid did not rule out the possibility that the gang members were high on drugs or drunk during their spree.
"We will step up patrols in areas deemed crime-prone to prevent similar incidents."
Yesterday, police released the pictures of two members of the gang who are in their 20s.
