Lynn's Cafe -Your Neighbourhood Pit-Stop

Choice of local and Western menu to tantalise the palette
SIMPLE gastronomic home-cooked delights await anyone who walks into Lynn’s Café, the new kid on the block in SS15.
Located along Jalan SS15/4, the home-away-from-home café is not difficult to spot with its prominently red signage at the front and lush variety of plants that make this place the perfect hideaway for a simple yet fulfilling meal.
It’s like home, with cushions on chairs for comfort, paintings on the wall, soft lighting that oozes with warmness and most importantly a friendly restaurant owner, Su-Lynn who attends to your every need.
Most importantly, the combination of local and western food to cater to Malaysians’ varied taste is the main reason why people frequent this café day or night.
With Baba Nyonya heritage running in her blood, it is no wonder Lynn (as she is popularly known) has inherited the ability to come up with a vast variety of cuisine while maintaining the quality of serving.
While the older folks may opt for something traditional like Kerabu Fried Rice and Thai Green Curry Laksa, the younger diners equally have a variety like Lamb Chop with Mint Gravy or Italian Roast Chicken to choose from the menu.
For those who prefer a quick and tasty meal (not forgetting a reasonable price to go with it), give the Thai Sauce Black Pomfret a try. The dish comes with steamed rice, stir-fried mix vegetables and a glass of iced lemon tea.

If you are into something western, then the Grilled Garlic Butter Chicken Chop is your best bet especially with the special May promotion which gives you value for money at RM9.90 with a free drink to go with it. Grilled to crispy perfection, the chicken fillet is served with potato wedges and salad.

According to Lynn, diners find the green curry heavenly, the seafood platter divine.
“Even predictable local dishes come perked with a dash of extra spice. I handpick all the ingredients that go into the kitchen,” she said, adding that her café also does outdoor catering as well as offer full-moon packages for the newly born.
Students enjoy a 10% discount from Mondays to Fridays according to Lynn. All you have to do is show your student card and the discount is yours.
Don’t wait too long before you decide to pop over. Lynn’s Café is well within everyone’s purse strings. Value for money is the way one would describe this little cozy corner which offers you the world’s culinary cuisine (well, almost) at your fingertips.
The café is open daily from 11am-10.30pm. This café is Halal.
