Massage Parlour Customer Caught with His Pants Down

Five Muslim Women Detained by JAIS

MPSJ enforcement director Mohd Zulkurnain Che Ali checking the documents of the workers at the premises

PUCHONG: A male customer was in high heaven enjoying the massage provided to him by one of the female masseurs at Jalan Bandar 10, Pusat Bandar Puchong. Little did he realise in his state of ecstacy that enforcement officers from the Subang Jaya Municipal Council (MPSJ) were already in the premises.

He was literally caught with only a towel which he quickly grabbed to cover his private parts in the flurry of a raid carried out by MPSJ.

It is understood, the man who is a non-Muslim was having his private parts massaged (urut batin) by a female masseur who was paid extra for the service.

MPSJ enforcement officers demolishing the partitions of the massage joint, a move necessary to deter their return to business.

The raid was a culmination of an undercover sting carried out by MPSJ officers on massage centres. During the raid, Muslim women were found working in the premises.

According to MPSJ enforcement director Mohd Zulkurnain Che Ali, thirteen women between the ages of 20 to 35 were detained at the unlicensed premise.

"Five Muslim women were detained and handed over to the Selangor Religious Department (JAIS) to be charged under Section 29(1)(a) Enakmen Jenayah Syariah Selangor for attempted khalwat (close proximity). They face a maximum fine of RM3,000 or a maximum of two years jail or both if found guilty," he said.

"The owner of the premises will have his licence revoked for operating a different business from what was applied for," he added.
