Elderly Man Collapses and Dies at Bus Stop
An elderly man collapsed and died early this morning at a bus stop near a hypermarket in Subang Jaya.
The 67 year old was identified by police as Vengadasalam Ganapathy from the identification card found on his body.
"We have contacted his family members. We suspect no foul play," Chief Inspector Sulaiman Baputty from the SS17 police station said.
Sulaiman said from documents found on the deceased body, police were able to ascertain that he had just arrived at the bus stop after having gone to the Welfare Department office in SS16.
"From eye witness account, the man collapsed while waiting for the bus," he added.
