You Shop, They Ship

Online portal makes buying products from the U.S. hassle free
Have you tried shopping for products from the United States but encountered problems shipping them over? The hitch lies mainly in the fact that many companies halfway across the world require you to have a U.S. shipping address to do so. The products are not sent directly to Malaysia by the sellers but are instead only shipped within the U.S.
The solution to this problem is now at your fingertips.
Virtual Shopping Hub (vsHub) was started by two Malaysians and an American partner who believe that Malaysian consumers deserve better online shopping options.
vsHub manager Wong Yee Huei says, “As active online shoppers ourselves, we found that many items sold on U.S. retail websites are significantly cheaper than in Asia. In addition, there is an amazing range of brands and products available that we cannot find locally.”
But many overseas customers shopping via U.S. online stores often end up frustrated due to several reasons:
• U.S. merchants often ship only to a valid U.S. mailing address
• If they do ship overseas, the shipping charges are unreasonably expensive
• Clearing customs to receive the goods can be a big hassle for overseas customers
Wong adds that vsHub aims to overcome these barriers and make online shopping easier and cheaper.
“We provide reliable shipping at a reasonable price and hassle-free delivery to your doorstep,” he says.

1. What is vsHub?

vsHub (short for Virtual Shopping Hub) is a freight forwarding service that enable Malaysian residents to purchase directly from the U.S. vsHub will deliver the purchased items directly to the member's doorstep.

How it works -
Most U.S. stores only deliver to a U.S. address. With your FREE vsHub membership, you'll receive your own U.S. shipping address. As a vsHub member with your own U.S. address, you can shop at any of the 300,000 online stores in the U.S. Once your items arrive at our U.S. office, you can choose to ship immediately or hold for consolidation to enjoy extra savings.

vsHub achieve savings by consolidating the goods we ship to Malaysia. These savings are passed on to our vsHub members.

2. How does vsHub facilitate those who wish to source for items or products?

vsHub will provide a valid U.S. address for members to direct their purchased items to our U.S. office. Members will have 30 days of free storage before consolidating their items to be shipped back to Malaysia.

3. Can we order anything?

Members can shop at any U.S. online stores. However vsHub cannot ship items that are prohibited by the Royal Malaysian Customs to Malaysia.

4. Are there items we cannot order?

The following items are prohibited:

* Explosive, inflammable, noxious, filthy, deleterious or otherwise harmful substance and sharp instruments not properly protected.
* Fire arms and their component parts.
* Dangerous drugs, with the exception of and on production of an export licence, narcotics and psychotropic substance may be sent by insured post for medical or scientific purposes to countries which admit them on these conditions.
* Perishable non-infectious articles, anything liable to become offensive or injurious through decay during the time ordinarily occupied in transmission particularly if addressed to a tropical or subtropical country, unless sent in a hermetically sealed container.
* Articles which from their nature of packing may expose postal officials to danger, soil, damage office items or postal equipment or which tend to hamper the performance of postal operations.
* Correspondence containing any lottery ticket or any ticket, any advertisements of prizes or any other announcement relating to any public lottery, sweepstake or other gambling transaction.
* Coins and bullions, securities of any kind payable to bearer, bank or currency notes unless sent by insured post.
* Radioactive materials, whether solid, liquid or gaseous.
* Indecent or obscene communications, prints, photographs, books or other articles and packets bearing grossly offensive, indecent or obscene words, marks or designs.

5. How does one get started when they want to buy an item from the US?

Just a simple step, register with vsHub for your FREE membership and receive your own shipping address in the U.S. You can then shop at any U.S. online stores using the shipping address that vsHub has provided.

6. What's unique about your service? Can't people buy direct from the US?

Most U.S. merchants often ship only to a valid U.S. mailing address. If they do ship overseas especially to Malaysia, the shipping charges are unreasonably expensive. By using vsHub service, you can consolidate your purchases and save big on international shipments.

7. How long does it take to order online-ship it-pick it up?

Typically once the items arrived in our U.S. office; it takes about 14 – 20 days to be delivered to your doorstep.
