Worried father looking for missing ailing boy and his mother
SUBANG JAYA: Little Kenichi Lau Sian Yee, 4 is missing.
Sian Yee, according to his Japanese father Koji Tara, is suffering from Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia, a blood cancer and any delay in seeking treatment could take his life away.
The clock is ticking and efforts to locate Sian Yee and his mother Charmain Lau Ping Leng have brought Koji to a blank wall.
Desperate and fearing for his son's life, Koji has appealed for help from the public to locate the whereabouts of Sian Yee and his mother.

"I last saw him on November 1. Sian Yee was supposed to be at Universiti Malaya Medical Centre on November 9 for his treatment but he did not show up."
"My son has missed his treatment and I found out he was suffering from swollen testicles because of infection in October," he told a press conference which was called by Subang Jaya State Assemblyman Hannah Yeoh last night.
Koji said all he wanted was to send his son back to the hospital for treatment. Koji and Sian Yee's mother Ping Leng have gone separate ways since 2006.
"Please get him to the hospital for treatment. Sian Yee needs the treatment to survive."
"Once he is better, I want to get a bone marrow transplant done to save his life," Koji said.

Hannah who accompanied Koji to lodge a police report said efforts to locate the boy and his mother in their two last known addresses in USJ16 and SS19 failed.
"The father is concerned about the child's life and safety. If you spot the mother and child, call the police immediately," she said, urging the public to join in the search for the boy.
Subang Jaya (SS17) police head Chief Inspector Sulaiman Baputty when contacted confirmed that a police report had been lodged.
"A team went over to the last known address but was told by the occupants that the mother and child were no longer staying there."
"My men have been given instruction to be on the lookout for the duo," he said, adding that if anyone spotted the Ping Leng and Sian Yee, they should immediately contact the police.
If you spot the boy and his mother, call Sulaiman at 019-370 7100 (station number: 03-5633 2222) or USJ8 station head Chief Inspector Foo Teik Fong at 019-205 9222 (station number: 03-5635 6904).
