Bid to Keep Road Congestion Free at SS16
MOTORISTS who indiscriminately park their vehicles in the SS16 commercial
zone of Subang Jaya will be in for a surprise when they find their car
'missing'.
The Subang Jaya Municipal Council has started an aggressive effort to rid the
main arteries of this area of illegal parking, which has contributed to the
serious congestion along Persiaran Kemajuan (in front of Subang Parade);
Persiaran Jengka (between Wisma Consplant & Subang Parade); and Jalan SS16/1
(from Carrefour SS16/2 junction right up to Empire Shopping Gallery).
At 1.30pm, the council's enforcement team backed by tow trucks started towing
away vehicles at the roads for illegal parking.
Those who find their car missing should contact MPSJ to recover their
vehicles.
The vehicles on the right are illegally parked and contribute to the congestion in front of Empire Shopping Gallery along Jalan SS16/1.
