Slurping Good....................
Every drop counts!

USJ21 restaurant serves up exquisite XO Fish Head Bee-Hoon
HAVE you ever slurped every single drop of the soup in your fish head bee-hoon?
When was the last time you slurped your bowl dry that without annoying any of your fellow diners? If that’s something you miss doing, then head over to Ah Gong XO Cuisine Restaurant in USJ21 with your family or friends and start slurping away the moment your order is put on the table.
For those who like it with that extra touch of XO, order away.
“Diners can order our fried fish head or try Ah Gong fish head. They can also have their XO fish fillet to go with their bee-hoon.”
“This is our house specialty and it is a must not miss item on our menu,” Chong, the owner and chief cook said.
Non-alcoholics do not despair. You can still enjoy the fish head bee-hoon without the XO.

According to Chong, the specialty can be ordered at any time of the day from 11am to 10pm daily.
With 15 years of experience working in Singapore’s renowned Holland Drive, Chong is no stranger where preparing the fish head bee-hoon.

“We have a variety of fresh water fish served in different styles. One of our favourite is the Sauce Steam Song Fish head.”
