USJ8 POLICE STATION OFFICER-IN-CHARGE GETS PROMOTED TO ASP

Subang Jaya residents, especially those living in USJ have grown familiar with Chief Inspector Loi Yew Lik, who is more often seen riding on this green Kawasaki making his rounds in the neighbourhood with his men.
By the first quarter of 2010 though, Loi who was recently promoted to the rank of ASP (Assistant Superintendent of Police), is expected to take on his new posting elsewhere.
Serving the community for almost a year now, Loi who shared the news with SJ Echo, said he received his promotion letter less than a week ago.
Selangor Police Chief Dato Khalid Abu Bakar when asked to comment had this to say," I would like to congratulate ASP Loi for his promotion.
"As we know, he is presently the OCS for USJ8 station. He will move on to another assignment. We are currently looking for a suitable officer to replace him to continue his good work established with the community."
